RADAR Keys

The RADAR KEY allows independent access for people with disabilities to around 9,000 fully accessible toilets in the UK.

Who is eligible?

Anyone with a disability or their carer can obtain a key by providing proof of eligibility (e.g. European Blue Parking Badge, Disability Living Allowance or Personal Independence Payment with mobility component, Attendance Allowance).

There are two different sizes of key and they both cost £4.00.

They both open the toilet but the difference is one has a larger turning handle for people who have dexterity problems.

We are happy to post a key if you send a cheque for £6.00 and a return address or alternatively contact Shopmobility (01625 613111) to pay by card if you have a Smart Phone - this cost will be £6.00 covering postage and transaction fees. Please also state which size key you would prefer.

How long can I keep the key for?                      

The key is yours as long as you require it.
