Cinema Exhibitors' Association Card
This is a national card, valid for 1 year, which shows that the cardholder is entitled to one free ticket per person accompanying them to the cinema.
To apply for this card, you must submit proof to show you meet one or more of the following criteria:
- You receive Disability Living Allowance, Attendance allowance, PIP or Armed Forces Independence Payment,
- You are a registered blind person.
You will need to supply a passport-sized photo with your application, to appear on the card. A processing fee of £6.00 is chargeable and should be sent along with the completed application form.
